Transition Assistance for Returning Soldiers - OEF/OIF

VAMC Salisbury provides specialized assistance and a seamless transition for veterans who have served in Operation Enduring or Iraqi Freedom (OEF/OIF) and their families through the adjustment process of pre-and post-deployment.

Minority Veterans Program Coordinator

The Minority Veterans Program Coordinator is Andrew (Andy) C. Roberts.  His phone number is 704-638-9000 ext. 2230.  The Minority Veterans Program goals are to increase local awareness of minority veteran related issues and promote the use of VA benefits, programs, and services by minority veterans.
