VA Prescriptions Through My HealtheVet

24/7 Access to VA Prescriptions

With two clicks of the computer mouse, VA Prescriptions can be filled.  Minutes spent waiting on the telephone to refill VA Prescriptions.  Time spent gathering up medicine bottles to punch each prescription number into the phone.  Registering for My HealtheVet will eliminate this.

My HealtheVet is the VA’s award winning Personal Health Record.  With My HealtheVet, VA Patients gain greater access to VA Services.  These services put the Veteran in the driver’s seat of their health care.  With programs like View Appointments, Health Calendar, Secure Messaging, and Online Prescription Refill Veterans take charge.

Take charge with 24/7 access to VA including Online VA Prescription Refill today!  To start, first, visit www.MyHealth.va.gov and register for a basic account.  Check “VA Patient” when registering.  Once registered as a “VA Patient” on My HealtheVet, go to “Prescription Refill” to start.  VA Prescriptions can be refilled anytime from any computer with internet access.

My HealtheVet has other features to help take charge of your health.  By upgrading with a one-time In Person Authentication (IPA), you can use upgraded features.  This includes Secure Messaging, Wellness Reminders, and Appointments.  To upgrade watch the IPA Video, Print the form, and bring in to local VA Facility.  Once upgraded you have access to current and future My HealtheVet features.
