Take Exit 45A, Harris Blvd East. (Rt 24/27)
Merge onto WT Harris Blvd East for approximately 2.6 miles
Immediately after you drive past Old Concord Road exit, move into the RIGHT lane
The next Right is the entrance lane to University East Drive
Turn Right onto University East Drive
Proceed 0.2 miles on this road. Do NOT make any turns. Drive PAST the Hartford Insurance Group traveling toward the end of the road.
The Charlotte Out-Patient Clinic is on the right
From I-77 North or South:
Take Exit 18 onto WT Harris Blvd
If coming from North, make a left onto East Harris Blvd
If coming from South, make a right onto East Harris Blvd
Proceed on East Harris Blvd for approximately 8.8 miles
You will proceed past the intersection of I-85 and Hwy 29
Immediately after you drive East Old Concord Road Exit, move into the RIGHT lane
The next RIGHT is the entrance to University East Drive
Turn RIGHT onto University East Drive
Proceed 0.2 miles on this road. Do NOT make any turns. Drive past the Hartford Insurance Group, traveling toward the end of the road
The Charlotte Out-Patient is on the right
If you miss the above turn into University East Drive:
Continue down East WT Harris Blvd to the second entrance into this complex
Turn right at Back Creek Drive. If you have driven to the traffic light at Rock River Road, you have gone too far. Turn back
Proceed approximately 0.25 miles where Back Creek Drive ends at University East Drive.
Turn Left, proceeding on University East Drive until you see the Charlotte Out-Patient Clinic on the right
From Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville and points South:
There are several routes that can be taken. I-485 will loop around to I-77 and I-85. Follow the directions noted above.
If you are traveling on Independence Blvd (Rt 74):
From Independence Blvd get onto East WT Harris Blvd
Proceed on East WT Harris Blvd
At the traffic light at the intersection of Rocky River Road and East WT Harris Blvd, continue on East WT Harris Blvd
Move into the LEFT lane to position yourself to cross over East WT Harris Blvd onto Back Creek Drive
Proceed approximately 0.25 miles where Back Creek Drive ends at University East Drive
Turn LEFT, and proceed on University East Drive until you see the Charlotte Out-Patient Clinic on the right
If you miss the above turn into Back Creek Drive: continue on East WT Harris Blvd to the second entrance into this complex
From the left lane, cross over East WT Harris Blvd and turn left onto University East Drive
Proceed 0.2 miles on this road. Do NOT make any turns
Drive PAST the Hartford Insurance Group, until you see the Charlotte Out-patient clinic on the right
