Transition Assistance for Returning Soldiers - OEF/OIF/OND
Salisbury VAMC provides specialized assistance and a seamless transition for veterans who have served in Operation Enduring Freedom,Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation New Dawn (OEF/OIF/OND) and their families through the adjustment process of pre-and post-deployment.

Minority Veterans Program Coordinator
The Minority Veterans Program Coordinator is Dr. Dominique Tarber. Her phone number is 704-597-3500 ext. 4590. Our Minority Veterans Program goals are to increase local awareness of minority veteran related issues and promote the use of VA benefits, programs, and services by minority veterans.
