Transition Assistance for Returning Service Members - Post 9/11

Salisbury VAMC provides specialized assistance and a seamless transition for veterans who have served in Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation New Dawn (OEF/OIF/OND) and their families through the adjustment process of pre-and post-deployment.
